Self-Advocates are able to attend the 2023 Gathering at no cost if they apply for a stipend. Once your stipend application is received, Aimee Day (aday@tamu.edu) will send you an email with further details on how to register.
Paying with a Service Authorization/Purchase Order or business check:
An invoice will be emailed to the contact person indicated on your registration form. Payment will be due within 30 days of receipt. SA and checks are made out to Texas A&M University and mailed to:

Paying with credit card:
Access the online marketplace to make your payment. The automatic confirmation email will also provide the link to make your online payment.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made two weeks prior to event date will receive a refund less a 20% fee. No refunds available after that date.
