You can attend the 2025 Gathering at no cost by applying for a stipend. Once your application is received, Aimee Day (aday@tamu.edu) will email you with registration instructions.
Payment Options
1. Service Authorization, Purchase Order, or Business Check:
An invoice will be sent to the contact person listed on your registration form. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt. Make checks and service authorizations payable to Texas A&M University and mail to:

2. Credit Card:
Use the online marketplace to make your payment. A confirmation email will include the payment link.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least two weeks before the event will receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after that date.
